About us

Line Base Organization (LBO) is the indigenous South Sudanese national civil society organization (NNGO) Founded in the year 20th -2-2019 under Reg No: 2099 by the national Relief and rehabilitation commission RSS-juba as non-governmental organization, non-profitable organization. Initiated by professional youth volunteers of different fields of knowledge as to improve community service delivery and alleviate poverty to achieve socio-economic strength for the communities. It was established on sphere of involving youth aiming to overcoming challenges to their home communities, such as Agriculture and FSL, Health, education, wash, nutrition, child protection, peace building environmental protection and climate chance, Governance and Advocacy, Human Right promotion, and Humanitarian response.

However, advocacy, lobby and capacity building of desegregated vulnerable groups in South Sudan for attainment of services and development.

Our Mandate

Equipping and facilitating humanitarian assistance for the socio economical strength of the communities to empower young people participation in all aspects of personal and community level development through optimal use of available resource for the realization of the sustainable development in the community advocacy, lobby and capacity building of women and vulnerable people in South Sudan for attainment of improved livelihood, Health, education, WASH, child protection, peace building, capacity building and empowerment, promotion and participation of women in public life and justice.

Our Pojects

In our existence, LBO has implemented welt Hunger Hilfe project Donated by GIZ in FSL sector and involved in number of projects/programs both voluntarily and without grant in peace building and community reconciliation in former Yei River state September 2019 and train Agro-Business farmers along River Kenite, Torit Municipality on (IPM) Integrated pest management on organic pesticide and manure in Dec 2021. However we have participated in varies assessment with the international and UN-Agencies as the Risk assessment conducted in 2019 in Youdu Morobo County Greater Yei led by UN OCHA LBO has participated and UNHCR assessment in magwi county October 2021 in pagari, pajok, Obbo, mugali, numile, moli, as Quick response assessment for the returnees to in many sectors.
